Our villa sleeps 16 adults comfortably and can even accommodate a mixture of adults and kids up to 26 total, thanks to our assorted sofa-beds and extra twin beds.

Villa Design
Built from scratch in July 5, 2002, this stunning property was professionally designed by Sarah Garcia, the same architect responsible for the world-famous Casa Colonial Hotel. Owner Kevin designed the floor plan while owner Jeanne took care of the interior design, incorporating funky and cool artwork collected by both owners. The property was built to double California earthquake and triple Florida hurricane standards, ensuring the utmost safety and security. The modern open Bali style features Brazilian mahogany doors and windows, custom details, and pine ceilings, with everything sourced locally except for the American pine and Brazilian trim.
Inside, you will find an eclectic collection of artwork in the common areas. We have taken great care to incorporate everything local, with the exception of the American pine and Brazilian trim, which add to the unique character of our home.
Soft Touch Service
At Sunrise Villa, we take pride in providing our guests with the highest level of service. Our staff is trained to anticipate your every need and ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. We call it our “soft touch” service approach. It means that we strive to provide personalized service that is attentive and accommodating, yet unobtrusive.
From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted with warm hospitality and a welcome drink. Our staff will handle all of the details, including unpacking your luggage and arranging any requested activities. We offer concierge service from 7am to 7pm daily to ensure that you have everything you need at any time of day.
Our soft touch service extends to every aspect of your stay, including housekeeping and meal service. We offer a customized menu and can accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences. We also provide daily housekeeping service, with fresh linens and towels provided as needed.

It is the perfect place to experience the sunshine and warmth of Cabrera, DR. It truly delivers the “home away from home” feeling from the privacy of the estate and individual offerings to spend your days and evenings the way that suites you. What makes it the most special place is the friendly, warm staff and Babe (villa small dog). They are there to service you and ensure your comfort.
Outstanding Attention to Detail
Every minute of the trip we were taken care of from the moment we walked into the villa to the goodbye hugs from the staff. The other guests and I did not have to lift a finger throughout the trip. Ramon (the afternoon bartender) accommodated any unique requests that we had and ensured that we were always having a good time. Additionally, the food, rooms, and views were unforgettable. Best trip I have ever been on. Will be back soon!!

Sunrise Villa in Cabrera, DR was a delight for our family and friends from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail and help we received from booking to arrival was excellent. The grounds, main house and bungalows were lovely and inviting. The staff – exemplary. Meals were prepared fresh daily and were delicious. No request was too great – arrangements for outings for our entire party, healthcare accommodations, shopping. We had a wonderful time, and it was all due to the lovely people at Sunrise Villa.
