At Sunrise, we value the people who do the real work. They clean the villa, do the laundry, cook, maintain the house, and care for the gardens. Our people are the key to a great guest experience. We firmly believe we have a great staff, perhaps the best in the Caribbean. They are family to the owners, and friends to the guests.

It is very common for guest feedback to compliment our staff, even more than the villa; and we have a fabulous villa!

Sunrise was built to be a rental. Its design and layout were created especially for people on vacation. Wake up, have coffee on the veranda, swim in the pool, lunch outside, happy hour in the bar, hottub after dinner, and some billiards in the evening. Only the beach requires a bit of walking, and frankly it’s also right there!

If you bring the kids, you can watch them swim while you’re at the bar! (we love this!)

You’ll feel the stress slip away at Sunrise. It make take an hour, but no more than a few and worries disappear, we promise. Sunrise is very upscale, but the owners love Bob Marley and Jimmy Buffett, so you know the “vibe”. Laid back, casual, informal, with a great party attitude.

Sunrise also comes with some great perks. High speed internet, a PC, a guest cell phone, and a property-wide WiFi set-up. ALL FREE. But that’s for those who need to stay connected. We prefer the killer sound system, our favorite tunes, and the Manana Bar.

For those feeling active and adventurous, many activities await outside the villa. On your first day at Sunrise, our local and favorite custom tour operator will stop by. After viewing his “things to do video” and checking out the brochures, he’ll make any and all arraignments for outside activities. Easy, and hassle-free. Of course our Manager/Concierge is also there to assist you anytime.
