We offer Dominican-American cooking. Ours is not an Uber-gourmet kitchen, rather one that consistently delivers excellent down-home cooking with a local flair.
Sunrise Villa offers a very complete meal plan for our clients.
Our experienced kitchen provides the best in local foods, all fresh from the island.
Dinner always includes multiple choices of sides and main courses.
Lobster night is a guest favorite.
Our seafood is all locally caught, cleaned in our kitchen, and served the same day.
Our house specialties include smoked BBQ ribs, chicken cordon blue and homemade pizzas.
You may expect catch of the day seafood and locally grown fruits and vegetables, all prepared daily for your enjoyment.
Depending on group size, meals are served family style, buffet, or plated and served.
Meals can be provided for children and those with special dietary needs. Please ask in advance.

All non-alcoholic beverages and bar mixers, such as sodas, bottled water, assorted juices, etc..
A small starter bar of Beer and Rum
Wine with dinner
Lunch out of the villa one day, at the famous Playa Grande beach. You’ll be served directly on the beach, ocean side.
Dinner out of the villa, one night, at La Catalina Hotel, the finest restaurant in town!
Our Villa General Manager will discuss with you menu planning. This is done both in advance of your arrival, and on a daily basis.
