Sunrise Villa is a private house with 6 bedrooms (to be expanded to 8 bedrooms December 2006). To make Sunrise affordable to groups both large and small, we offer flexible pricing based on group size and season.
You may elect to utilize less than 8 bedrooms and receive a reduced rate.
You may select your bedrooms in advance or upon arrival.
Sunrise is never rented to more than one group. If you only utilize 4 bedrooms, we WILL NOT rent the others out to another party. Sunrise is a private villa, not a hotel!

Rate Structure
- In-Season
December 19 until April 12
The rental fee is $1,000 per night, plus $200 per night for each bedroom used. For example, a 5 bedroom rental is $2,000 per night. An 8 bedroom rental is $2600 per night.
- Mid-Season
Friday after Easter until Labor Day weekend
Rates this time of year are reduced 20%. For example, a 5 bedroom rental is $1600 per night during this season, and an 8 bedroom rental is $2080 per night.
- Fall-Season
Labor Day until December 19
Rates this time of year are reduced 35%. For example, a 5 bedroom rental is $1300 per night during this season, and an 8 bedroom rental is just $1820 per night.
- Holidays and Weddings
Prices for off-season holidays are not discounted.
The weeks of the Fourth of July and Thanksgiving, and all weddings, are always rented at In-Season rates.
Chrismas Week, 12/19-26 is $25,000
New Year's Week, 12/26-1/2/10 is $30,000

The Villa rental fee includes the entire property and staff. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and include applicable taxes. We recommend that guests NOT rent a car for Dominican travel, use our local taxi services.
There is a four night minimum for your stay at Sunrise Villa.
Around certain holidays, there is a one week minimum stay and
prices may be slightly higher. It is customary for luxury villa
vacationers to tip the household staff approximately 10% of
the price of your Villa rental.
We reserve the right to specify the number of bedrooms used for your rental based on group size and composition.
You may increase the number of bedrooms used on arrival, but may NOT reduce the number you reserved in advance.
You may switch bedrooms at any time. Try them all if you’d like!
The price per night per bedroom does NOT vary room to room.

Sunrise
Villa Meal Service
$55 per day, per person
Kids 4 -11 are $25; Kids under 4 are FREE!
This includes all in-villa meals, a full breakfast, and all
non-alcoholic beverages. Our Villa chef is always ready to prepare
fresh seafood, roast pig, lobster or garden vegetables and fruits.
You will be provided with a sample menu at the start of your
Dominican Republic vacation. If you like, you can add one of
your favorite meals to the menu. Just call us and ask before
you come down. After all, a Caribbean vacation should satisfy
your palate as much as it soothes your soul and clears your
mind.
Our meal service also includes delicious appetizers served during
Happy House each day. To make you feel even more at home, we
also include a snack center filled with fruit, cookies and other
goodies ~ perfect for between meals or late night munchies.
As part of our meal service, we invite you to enjoy one night’s
dinner at the best restaurant in town, on us. Alcohol not included.
Sunrise Villa Rental Terms
A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of the Dominican Republic
villa reservation to confirm and hold the dates requested.
The remainder of the balance is due within 30 days of arrival.
You may cancel, without penalty, and with a full refund, within
one month of your deposit being received. Unless your luxury
villa reservation is made within two months of your scheduled
arrival date.
After that, no refunds are given unless the Caribbean Republic
villa is re-rented for the time you reserved. However, your
deposit will be kept as a credit towards a future trip to Sunrise
Villa taken within one (1) year of the originally scheduled
Dominican Republic vacation.
VIP Treatment For Sunrise Villa Guests
Under a special, Dominican travel arrangement with the airport
authority, our exclusive Caribbean villa now offers VIP airport service for our arriving guests. Begin your
Dominican Republic vacation with a process previously available
only to diplomats and politicians. VIP services will meet you
as you leave your plane, whisk you into a private lounge, and
offer you beverages and snacks. Immigration officials will then
come to you! No more standing in immigration lines. Your luggage
is delivered to the lounge and then you are escorted through
customs directly to the waiting Sunrise Villa van. Your Caribbean
vacation is worry free and hassle free from the moment you arrive
in the Dominican Republic.
Airport transfers are additional, but arranged and coordinated by the Villa manager. Price is $85pp, and includes airport transfers ANYTIME, Dominican Tourist fees, Airport VIP services, and a free taxi for your "Dinner out on us" night, once during your stay. Additional charge for any airport other than Puerto Plata.
